1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Home Interiors World (“the Platform”), operated by Real Estate Markett (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, directory, material marketplace, surplus radar, or intelligence feeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Platform Overview & Zero Commission Model

Home Interiors World provides an end-to-end B2B real estate and design intelligence ecosystem connecting architects, interior designers, structural engineers, master contractors, building material manufacturers, and real estate developers across India and Dubai.

• Direct B2B Connections: Buyers and project leads connect directly with verified service providers and material suppliers.
• Zero Transaction Commission: We do not charge sales commissions or transaction fees on material sales or professional contracts arranged through the Platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer free and paid monthly subscription plans (Starter, Showcase, Authority) across our three core pillars: Insight, Preparation, and Purpose.

• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

4. Business Profiles & Verification

Architects, designers, contractors, and material suppliers may register business profiles or stores on the Platform.

• Verification Review: All business listings undergo a 48-hour verification process before going live to ensure platform quality and authenticity.
• Accuracy of Listings: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all business information, credentials, product descriptions, pricing, and surplus inventory counts are accurate and current.

5. Surplus Radar & Material Marketplace

The Surplus Radar enables verified suppliers and contractors to list excess project inventory (marble, tiles, lighting, HVAC, fixtures) for clearance.

We do not take physical custody of inventory, inspect physical goods, or act as a party to purchase contracts. Buyers are encouraged to inspect materials and verify specifications prior to purchase.

6. Intellectual Property & Intelligence Content

All intelligence feeds, executive summaries, market reports, design systems, graphics, and proprietary software on the Platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of market reports is strictly prohibited.
